Post-delivery policy

After a product is delivered, it is not eligible for a refund. All sales are considered final once the digital item has been delivered to your account or email address.

Issues & compensation

If there are verifiable issues with your order, we may compensate or refund at our discretion.

  • Account access issues confirmed on our end.
  • Product does not match the listing description.
  • Technical delivery failures or missing items.

Non-refundable situations

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Account bans caused by user actions.
  • Loss of access due to password changes.
  • Issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes.

How to report issues
